Life Elements Refund & Returns Policy

At Life Elements, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

• Due to the nature of supplements, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• To start a return, please contact us at reallifeelements@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used supplements.

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.
